Job Location : Ruwais , Abu Dhabi

 

Objective           

Carries out preventive and breakdown maintenance and calibration of all electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic instruments in the field, panel and workshop, such as transmitters, control valves, switches, vibration probes, belt-weighers, speed pickups and Radioactive level transmitters. The scope of job includes logging and updation of the calibration / test reports of field Instruments in accordance with established weekly schedules. Participates in Plant shutdown and turnaround activities and carries out the tasks as assigned. Works on any other job associated with process plants, as directed by the Senior Engineers and/or Department Head


Education           

Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics & communication.


Experience        

8 -10 Years’ experience in installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of field instruments like smart transmitters, control valves, radioactive level instruments, belt weighers, vibration probes, flame scanners and speed sensors in an Fertilizer, oil & gas or petrochemical industry experience.

 

Skills    

·        Servicing and overhauling of various types of control valves.

·        Maintenance and calibration of various types of field Instruments.

·        Maintenance and troubleshooting of vibration transducers and speed sensors.

·        Maintenance and troubleshooting of flame scanners, ignitors.

·        Ability to use and calibrate various types of test equipment.

·        Good verbal and written communication skills
